Same-day moving requires quick communication and accurate information so the moving company can determine availability and necessary resources. Customers should provide pickup and destination addresses, requested service time, approximate item quantities, property access information, and details about heavy or oversized belongings.

Whenever possible, boxes and personal belongings should be packed and organized before movers arrive. Customers should arrange parking, elevator access, building permissions, and other necessary accommodations. Providing complete information immediately allows the moving team to prepare appropriate labor, transportation, equipment, and scheduling for the requested service.
